What is the process?
Following your inquiry, a therapist will reach out to review scheduling and set up an intake with one or both parents/caregivers. For your convenience, the initial intake may be telehealth. Once we become more familiar with your child, other recommendations may be made to assist in collecting useful information for the therapy process. This may include a school observation, family play therapy session(s), and/or parent feedback sessions.
Questions to ask your health insurance company:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits for my family?
What is the reimbursement for an out-of-network provider?
How many sessions per year will my insurance cover?
Do I need to meet a deductible? If so, how much?
* Sliding scale fees are available on a limited basis
CANCELLATION POLICY for all Individual and Family Sessions:
We have implemented a cancellation policy to benefit all our clients. We truly value your time and our time together and ask for 24-hour notice of schedule changes and cancellations so that we can provide that time slot to another person in need. Please give at least a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment, or you will be charged the full fee for the session.
