Dr. LeBoon has developed a 'Generative Change Model' grounded in theoretical and evidence-based practices. This model is an effective way to change subconscious, self-sabotaging perceptions and beliefs. It is designed to help coaching clients create, develop, and implement solutions that will lead to outcomes that instill confidence in their potential to bring about positive change.

Dr. LeBoon's academic achievements are a testament to his expertise in coaching. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Organizational Dynamics and Change from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
