Session Rates (per 50-minute session):

• Individual Sessions $150
• Couple Sessions $200
• Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

Session Payments:  

• All Co-Pays, Co-Insurance, and amounts towards deductible are due at the time of service. 
• We require a major credit card on file, securely stored in your electronic health records client portal, with only the last 4 digits and expiration date visible to our team. 
• For transparency, billing information is available to view in the client portal. For convenience, clients can also make payments directly through their portal. 
• Payment Methods: American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Venmo, Visa

Sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please call the number on the back of your card and review your coverage carefully before starting services.

Out-of-Network Insurance:

Use a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA): If you have access to either of these, they can be an excellent way to pay for out-of-network services. Contributions to these accounts are pre-tax, effectively reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or do not notify your Therapist at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed session fee of $75.00, as your therapist has reserved that time slot just for you.
