Adrielle enjoys working with a variety of ages. In addition to her clinical training, she brings real-world experience from 15+ years working as a nanny. Her time as a nanny has strengthened her connection with children and families and has created an appreciation for development across the lifespan.
Adrielle’s is dedicated to creating a sense of safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship, allowing clients the space to explore their internal world, build insight, and practice coping skills that fit within daily life. She brings warmth and a grounded presence within the therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to work alongside clients, honoring client autonomy while also helping clients develop the confidence to work toward their goals.
Adrielle’s clinical approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, with an openness to using an eclectic blend of strategies when it best serves client needs. Above all, she values meaningful, connected therapy. She believes in supporting clients beyond symptom management and empowering clients to gain deeper insight into patterns, emotions, and relationships.
Adrielle is open to discussing faith and Christianity within sessions as clients wish, keeping therapy grounded in what feels supportive and meaningful for the client. She appreciates the role that faith can have as it relates to clients’ lives, values, and goals and wishes to support clients in all aspects of their lives.
Outside of sessions, Adrielle loves baking and cooking, spending time outdoors, reading and sewing. She also values quality time with friends and family, and brings that same genuine, relational energy into her work.
